2. Delivery schedule

We try to process all orders the next business day after they are placed and, for the most part, we ship them within 24 hours after acceptance. As it is a handmade and often personalised product, it may take us a little longer to process it due to high demand. If so, we will keep you informed of the process at all times.

 

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transportation costs vary depending on the total weight and dimensions of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.

For orders over 50 euros, shipping service is free.

 

4. Delivery method

The delivery method will be to the home or address indicated by the Client.

The risks of loss or deterioration of the product are transferred to the Client at the time he signs the receipt note.

In the event of the Client's absence from the address or address indicated at the time of delivery of the Order, the logistics company in charge of delivering the Order will contact the Client to arrange a new Order delivery date. In these cases, the Client must assume the delivery and/or collection costs again, if there are new surcharges.
